Rare Breed: Technical Specialists that Listens!

I remember calling tech support for something I thought that would really be simple. It turn out that a five minute call; which I expected it to be turned into a hour of me becoming irate because the technical support/customer service representaives did not listen to me. Five minute calls turns to one hour fallouts? What ever happened to good customer service??? Is this really what I pay my hard earned money for?
